Bottom Line: Like its title rather aggressively demands – if you go in to this thing expecting less…and you might actually walk out with more. It’s a creatively out-of-the-box, stylishly over-the-top, whacked-out revisionist take on the life of our 16th POTUS that plays with, quite literally, the thought that Washington, DC is full of bloodsuckers. Presenting a mindless, eye-rollingly cheesy timeline of action-packed special effects meets documented historical accuracies – it makes for a semi-decent way to shut down your brain for two-hours, shove popcorn in your face and have your ocular cavities assaulted. Emancipate yourself from high ticket prices and catch a matinee – you honestly might enjoy it…
