Bottom Line: It’s missing the zip, flash and dazzle of the director’s previous, Oscar winning musical, CHICAGO – but its subtlety, beauty and heart-felt finish are hard to resist. I really enjoyed this art house-like musical. But NINE?! …I’d say more live a seven and a half.
