THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN-PART 1 (D+)

Bottom Line: BREAKING WIND DAWN is finally here… (crickets).  Forget Team Edward and Team Jacob and focus on the one strength this tremendously tedious and painful series has to offer: Team Must-See. These are the ones that devoured the books and feel an obligation to ride out the mediocrity that looms over this franchise. Once again, we’re subject to a bland, overly-melodramtic, woodenly-acted and poorly-scripted movie. That being said, it’s still probably the best of the overblown bunch and will more than likely deliver exactly what its loyal fan base is craving as the series winds down (thankfully). This vampire series still sucks but I applaud the loyalty of its glass-is-half-full audience.
